Join KS Wild staff and get out into the forest to field check the Medford District BLM’s Last Chance Timber Sale. We will be collecting important ecological data on what we are seeing in proposed timber sale units.
The information collected may be used to support KS Wild’s efforts to halt destructive timber sales. The day includes a brief overview of what field checking is, how to collect data, and hiking for 2-3 miles on uneven terrain.
