Rogue Valley Council of Governments (RVCOG) is a voluntary association of 22 local jurisdictions, special districts, and education institutions in southwestern Oregon’s Jackson and Josephine Counties. Its primary focus is to support local and regional problem solving.  RVCOG’s Natural Resources Department assists local communities and partners with implementing Clean Water Act and restoration programs throughout the Middle Rogue Basin that tie directly into the Stream Smart Program.  In addition, RVCOG works with the community on Stream Clean-ups, volunteer monitoring and restoration programs, participates in local events, and conducts educational programs including the Salmon Watch Program.  RVCOG also assists with the management of the website.  For more information contact Greg Stabach at (541) 423-1370 or gstabach@rvcog.org.
